Our sessions are crafted to suit all levels, from beginners to pros, focusing on enhancing your strength and confidence at your own pace. You don't need to flip or fly here—just come ready to move and have a blast! So, whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or looking to level up, we’ve got you covered!

CaliUnity is open from 6am-8pm Monday to Friday, and from 8am-12pm on Saturdays.
You can find the full timetable here, but our classes run right throughout the day.
Monday through to Friday we have 6am, 7am, 8am, 12:45pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm. On Saturday's we have a 8:30am & 9:30am class.
Sessions are easy to book through our own scheduling app, and our team are dedicated to keeping you accountable to making progress and enjoying the journey.

As a Cali member, you get unlimited open gym access to our space. Need a bit of guidance? Our PTs are always on hand to help refine your technique and boost your confidence.
Plus, with our members' app, you can follow along with workouts tailored to your fitness level anytime you’re in the gym.
So, whenever you’re ready to sweat, stretch, or strengthen by yourself or with a friend — just swing by and make the most of your Cali experience!

Each session is coach-led and structured, starting with a group warm-up, main workout, and you'll wrap things up with cool-down stretches. From the muscle-pumping intensity of Cali Reps & Sets to the zen-like focus of Cali Restore, every minute is designed to empower and energise. You don’t need to plan a thing—just turn up, follow the coach’s lead, and smile! Prepare to sweat, laugh, and maybe even surprise yourself with what you can achieve!
Sessions are either 45-minutes or 60-minutes.

Cali Reps & Sets: Get ready to rev up your routine with Cali Reps & Sets! Train like an athlete in this fast paced class, focusing on bodyweight circuits that will develop your strength, muscular endurance and overall fitness. Thrive in a high-energy community atmosphere where you'll leave each session sweating, smiling and on an endorphin high! We promise to bring the tunes too!
Cali Skills & Strength: This class is dedicated to perfecting form and mastering techniques that improve your body control and strength. Slower in pace, our expert coaches guide you through detailed progressions in skills such as handstands & pull-ups, ensuring you build strength safely and effectively. You'll feel empowered, more confident & ready to take on anything!
Cali Restore: Relax and recharge in Restore, a class that blends the calming elements of yoga and pilates with the dynamic stretches of calisthenics. Designed to complement the intensity of our other sessions, here you’ll focus on deep recovery, improving flexibility, and injury prevention. You'll work through a series of mobility routines, partner stretches & breathing practices to realign & strengthen your body in a calming, supportive environment.
