Libby's journey with us over the past year has been nothing short of incredible. Her confidence has soared, and she's achieved feats she once deemed impossible. Libby went from doing a few knee pushups to effortlessly doing full pushups, mastering handstands, climbing ropes, performing pull-ups, and becoming a true inspiration to our community.

Claire's journey embodies the essence of CaliUnity—a place where passionate coaches and a supportive community come together to transform lives. Claire started in early 2023 on our popular 6-week Challenge, and since then, has gone on to lose over a stone. Claire is more than ever dedicated to her health, found a routine and built strong habits in her exercise, nutrition & sleep. Claire’s son is always wondering where his protein powder is disappearing to!

Eddie embodies the CaliUnity ethos. He gives 100% effort and is always finding ways to get involved in the community. He has made incredible progress over his time with us, going from pull ups to muscle ups and even pushups to handstand pushups!

Mel

“I joined CaliUnity in Feb of 2023 and I love it! Apart from the fact that Kiera & Ollie are the most positive, supportive and encouraging people, they managed to create a community that is filled with amazing, fun, body positive clients and their classes are lead by some of the best PT's in Bath. I not only gained 2kg of muscle mass by 'only' training twice a week but I also feel stronger, healthier and happier. I feel part of this incredible community, their journey and I unlocked new skills like handstands and skin the cat I did not even think was possible....being 45 and not a Gymnast...Calisthenics sounded so out of reach and crazy but now I'm truly hooked! Dylan

Over the last year, Dylan’s achieved significant milestones—quitting smoking, gaining 5kg of lean muscle, shedding 5% body fat, and mastering challenging exercises like pull-ups and rope climbs. He’s also the unofficial DJ of the gym because he’s always bringing the tunes!

Paula

“The members are friendly, the instructors are also all so friendly, professional and knowledgeable but also importantly encouraging to us all at whatever level we are at...... They all provide clear instruction around performing different techniques and moves within each type of class...Every time I enter the Caliunity space I feel invigorated to get going with whichever class I attend. Paula, affectionately known as "Coach P" among our members, embodies the CaliUnity spirit. Her commitment to her own fitness journey and her warm, welcoming nature make her an integral part of our community. Paula initially joined to work on her knee injury which caused her to miss her ski trip, and has worked hard to heal and strengthen her knees, which now cause zero pain. She has rebooked her trip and feels stronger and better than ever!

Charlie

“These guys have created such an amazing environment. As a class based gym every workout is fun, engaging and hard in all the right ways. All the coaches have such a passion and show real attention to everyones skill levels and specific strengths and weaknesses. The mixture of skills training, strength building and working towards targets and fitness goals makes it so addictive to keep pushing yourself. The body scanner which you can use any time you like is such great way to keep you motivated and pushing yourself.

Charlie came in with a wrist injury meaning he had to play tennis with a wrist support on - nowadays, he doesn’t need it and can happily play pain-free!
