Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Most people who join us have struggled with consistency, confidence, or knowing what to do. You don't need to get fit first - that's what the coaching is for.
How much does it cost?
That depends on what makes the most sense for you. Membership typically works out at less than the price of your daily coffee - and you get coaching, community, and a team that genuinely cares about your progress thrown in. We'll chat through the options on a free consultation, find the best fit, and map out a plan from there.
What if I've tried gyms before and hated them?
That's exactly who this is for. Most of our members felt the same way before they found us. We'll help you work out whether this is different - and if it's not, no hard feelings.
What happens after I submit the form?
One of our coaches will read through your form within 24 hours and get back to you on WhatsApp. From there, we usually set up a free online consultation where we get clear on your goal, what's been getting in the way, and what kind of support you'd benefit from the most. We'll walk through all the options together, and you decide whether you want to work towards your goal with us or run it solo.
What kinds of classes do you offer?
A class for whatever you're after. Reps & Sets is bodyweight training at high intensity if you want to leave on an endorphin high. Skills is slow-paced for unlocking moves like handstands, rings, and lower-body skills. Mobility is flexibility, stretching, and end-range work to prevent injuries. We also run beginner-friendly sessions like Cali Foundations, dedicated handstand classes, plus Pilates and yoga. Whatever your level, there's a session that fits.
What if I'm injured or in pain?
Not a problem at all. A lot of our members come to us specifically because they want to train around pain, old injuries, or movement limitations. We'll get to understand what's going on for you and point you towards the safest, smartest next step. If you decide CaliUnity is the right fit, we always start with an onboarding session - we'll walk through a handful of movements together to see where your body is at, then recommend the sessions that suit you best.
What results can I expect, and how quickly?
That depends on your starting point, your goal, and how consistently you follow the plan. What we promise is clarity, structure, and the right support. When people finally have a plan and stick to it, progress becomes much more predictable.
What makes CaliUnity different?
We actually pay attention. If we notice you haven't been showing up, we check in. You can message a member of the team any time, about anything. We run regular socials so the gym feels like a community, not just a place to train. And we get to know your goals deeply - so the support is personal to you, not generic. We genuinely care about your progress, your confidence, and your experience - not just whether your direct debit goes through every month.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. Filling out the form doesn't sign you up to anything. The consultation is free, and you can walk away with a plan whether you join us or not.
What if I'm not ready yet?
No pressure. If you'd rather take your time, that's absolutely fine. In the meantime, we have a bunch of free stuff you can dig into - guides, tutorials, and resources to help you get going on your own. Come back when it feels right. We're not going anywhere.
