What actually happens when I click “Find Your Level”? +
You’ll fill out a short form, get set up inside the Cali app, and unlock a personalised onboarding flow based on what you need most right now. That might include strength, skills, mobility, range of motion, nutrition, lifestyle — or a mix of them.
Is this actually free? +
Yes. The Find Your Level flow is free. You’ll complete your onboarding inside the app, get a much clearer picture of where you’re at, and then be able to book a free coaching review call once you’ve finished your setup.
Do I need to be advanced already? +
Not at all. This is designed to work whether you’re brand new, inconsistent, fairly strong already, or somewhere in between. The whole point is to help you find your current level honestly — not prove that you’re elite.
What if I can’t do things like pull-ups, handstands or splits yet? +
That’s exactly why this exists. We use progressions, regressions and simple scorecards so you can see where you actually sit right now. You do not need to be “good enough” before starting.
How long does the onboarding take? +
The form itself is quick. The full onboarding depends on the path you unlock, but the goal is to make it useful, not overwhelming. You’re there to get a real baseline and a clear next step — not drown in admin.
What happens on the free coaching review call? +
We’ll look at what your results show, help you understand your biggest opportunities, point you toward the right resources, and give you a clear direction. From there, you can either follow the free plan on your own or decide if you want Cali Online to coach you and keep you accountable.
Do I have to join Cali Online after the call? +
No. The call is there to help you get clarity. One path is to take your free plan, use the app and resources, and run with it yourself. The other is to let us coach you properly inside Cali Online. It’s your call.
Is Cali Online just for fat loss or is it for skills and calisthenics too? +
It’s for the full picture. Strength, skills, mobility, range of motion, body composition, recovery, habits and consistency. The whole point is to build something around you, not squeeze you into one generic goal.
What do I need to get started? +
Just a bit of honesty and a willingness to actually do the onboarding. Some paths may be easier with equipment, but the form will route you properly based on what you have access to and what your goals are.
Why do I need to complete the onboarding before the call? +
Because it makes the call far more useful. Instead of spending an hour guessing, we’re reviewing real data, real movement, and real starting points. It also shows commitment — which matters if we’re going to give our time properly.
