How do I sign up to CaliUnity?
You can get started by telling us about your goals in this form. We'll come back to you within 24 hours with the next step - usually a free consultation where we go deeper into your goals, what you've tried before, and how we can help. If CaliUnity feels like the right fit, we'll walk you through the membership options. From there, you decide. If you join, we'll get you booked in for your onboarding session and your first few sessions.
What kind of sessions are on offer at CaliUnity?
A class for whatever you're after, running 6am to 8pm, seven days a week. Reps & Sets is bodyweight training at high intensity if you want to leave on an endorphin high. Skills is slow-paced for unlocking moves like handstands, rings, and lower-body skills. Mobility is flexibility, stretching, and end-range work to prevent injuries. We also run beginner-friendly sessions like Cali Foundations, dedicated Handstand classes, plus Pilates and Yoga. Whatever your level, there's a session that fits.
What results can I expect?
Stronger. More mobile. More energy. Pain-free. Members come in wanting their first pull-up, to play with their kids without getting tired, to walk into their 50s feeling better than their 30s, to finally get rid of the back pain. With consistent coaching and a real plan, those results stop being aspirational and start being predictable. Our member stories are full of proof.
How much does CaliUnity cost?
That depends on what makes most sense for you. We have memberships for different budgets and schedules. Memberships typically work out at less than the price of your daily coffee - and you get coaching, community, and a team that genuinely cares about your progress. We'll chat through the options on a free consultation, find the best fit, and map out a plan from there.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Most members start as complete beginners. We coach in small groups, scale everything, and build you up step-by-step. You don't need to get fit first - that's exactly what the coaching is for.
What if I'm injured or in pain?
Not a problem at all. A lot of our members come to us specifically because they want to train around pain, old injuries, or movement limitations. We'll get to understand what's going on for you and point you towards the safest, smartest next step. If you decide CaliUnity is the right fit, we always start with an onboarding session - we'll walk through a handful of movements together to see where your body is at, then recommend the sessions that suit you best.
