These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

3. HOW YOU MAY USE OUR SERVICES
In return for your agreement to comply with these Terms you may:
• use and browse our website on your personal device and use the Services for your personal purposes only.
• download any guides or downloadable resources
• sign-up to coaching services from us, which we may agree to provide to you on the terms set out below:
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to accept these Terms and download or use our Services. If you are under 18 and have parental consent, we recommend that your parents participate in your coaching session and that they advise you on your use of our Services. If you are under 18 years of age and have not obtained your parents' consent to participate in a coaching session with us, we cannot accept you as a client.
4. USE OF OUR SERVICES ARE entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK (WE ARE NOT PROVIDING MEDICAL ADVICE)
We do not offer medical or professional advice which you should rely on. Nothing on this website or any of the CaliUnity Services, including its content on blogs and social media, is meant to provide or replace medical advice.
When acting on any content produced by CaliUnity, you understand the risk associated with using this type of information and the risk associated with following instructions from related products, and agree not to hold CaliUnity, its agents and/or representatives responsible for injuries or damages resulting from use without proper supervision.
Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your GP or healthcare professional to determine that this is right for you. If you experience faintness, dizziness, shortness of breath or pain while exercising, stop immediately and seek medical advice. Exercise carries certain risk of injury and could be dangerous under certain conditions, and you are undertaking these activities entirely at your own risk. We must clarify that our website and Services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Our Services are provided for general information and enjoyment purposes only.
By using this website, our Services, and our associated content published by us, you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and safety, and everything you do related to us and our Services is done so entirely at your own risk.
Please take note of the below list of non-exhaustive risks and requirements when using our Services:
• Injuries, illnesses and diseases that may influence our preparation of workout programs must always be clearly communicated in the application questionnaire.
• Always make sure there is adequate space around you when performing any exercises.
• Ensure that nothing around you could cause harm or movement impairment.
• If you choose to use any equipment, doing so is at your own risk.
• Always consult a doctor or health professional prior to starting any fitness or health program.
5. USE OF OUR products ARE entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK
CaliUnity Limited is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or exercise equipment nor of malfunction or faulty equipment. That means your parallettes, rings, etc. We quality check all equipment before shipping but you are responsible for ensuring it has arrived in the same quality of condition. Please ensure all equipment purchased, CaliUnity branded or not, is assembled correctly before use. If you dissemble equipment and then reassemble, CaliUnity Limited is not liable to any damage, injuries or harm caused by the equipment reassemble. In other words, if you challenge your body enough times, you will eventually fail, and this can sometimes result in injury or harm. The limits you push your body and the potential harm you could cause yourself is entirely at your own risk.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
6. GYM COACHING SERVICES
6a. Signing up
You must ensure that the details provided upon sign up or at any time are correct and complete. You must also inform CaliUnity immediately of any changes to the information provided when signing up through contacting us directly at hello@caliunity.com. Having correct and up-to-date details is crucial for your safety as well as the effectiveness of your training program. The more details we have from you, the more we are able to help you.
If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result. We will not be responsible for supplying services late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
If you sign up for CaliUnity Gym Membership, you are agreeing to automatic (recurring) billing and agree to pay the charges made to your account in connection therewith. Your Subscription, and monthly billing of your account, will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you.
The minimum initial sign-up term is three months. This is to encourage you to adhere to the program and trust the process. Big results don’t happen overnight, and with calisthenics you tend to begin seeing clear results around 8-12 weeks after starting. This is why committing to three months is perfect, because you’ll truly begin to feel the difference.
After the initial 3-months, the monthly recurring payment can be cancelled at any time, provided one-months notice is given to CaliUnity. You can cancel by emailing us directly at hello@caliunity.com.
CaliUnity reserves to right to cancel your membership with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes, or if these terms and conditions are breached.
CaliUnity does not offer refunds for any of its coaching services, unless explicitly stated upon signing up.
6c. Responsibility for results
Whilst CaliUnity does its best to help members achieve their calisthenics goals and results, the sole responsibility for results is always with the member. It us up to you, the member, to adopt the training program, the habits, the behaviours and other things that are encouraged by the coaches, designed to help you reach those goals and desired results.
We feature testimonials from members who have experienced great results following the CaliUnity coaching. However, results will vary from person to person and you are responsible for understanding the nature of your individual results. The results featured cannot be interpreted as typical, expected or guaranteed because every member will respond differently to the training. However, the best results are generally correlated with effort, consistency, diligence and determination.
6D. Waiver of Liability
You acknowledge that when participating in any exercise program that there is the possibility of physical injury. All programmes are bespoke to the member, based off a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, ability and skill level, age, sex and current and previous injuries. This is in order to maximise results and to minimise the risk of potential injury.
You, the member, accept the risk that potential injury may occur whilst undertaking any form of exercise prescribed and will not hold CaliUnity responsible.
7. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Whilst we quality check all of our products thoroughly prior to shipping, we cannot guarantee that products will arrive in the exact same format and condition as the images on our website or social media. Due to the nature of the materials used, no two products can be matched exactly the same in terms of wood tone or colour, and therefore we reserve the right to refuse refunds based upon this, should you request this. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
If you agree to receive our paid-for Services or Products (including our coaching services), you will be signed up for payment through the website itself, delivered by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. This system is commonly used worldwide, and your card details will be encrypted during transmission through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption ensures a high level of security regarding unauthorized access to your information. For coaching services, your payment terms will depend on the precise services that are agreed between you and us. These payment terms will be set out in our application call and order confirmation .
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS of service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
You agree not to transfer the services you have purchased to someone else, unless explicitly communicated with us and we have agreed to make the transfer.

Although we highly value our information and perform extensive research on topics and products, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. As already stated in Section 4, we do not offer medical or professional advice which you should rely on. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product or Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
12. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
13. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

In no case shall CaliUnity, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

27. REFUND POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS ON CALIUNITY STORE
CaliUnity is committed to making durable, high quality products that serve your training purposes. We are confident that you will love your parallettes and they will be a great addition to your training.
However, if something isn’t quite right, or you’re not completely satisfied with them, we understand.
We offer a 30-days money back guarantee on all our products, no questions asked, providing they are returned to us in the same condition as when you received them.
All we ask is you send us an email at hello@caliunity.com explaining why you’d like to return and then we can start the return process.
Please note CaliUnity is only responsible for return postage if items are faulty.
28. REFUND POLICY FOR membership & THE 6-WEEK challenge
CaliUnity is dedicated to, and confident in, helping you achieve your desired health and fitness goals.
With regards to both membership options and the 6-week Challenge, the full amount is subject to a 3-day cooling-off period after sign-up during which a full refund can be requested. Beyond this 3-day window, all payments are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
