CaliUnity isn't just a gym. We're a not-for-profit on a mission to make Bath stronger, healthier, and more connected. We're one of the more premium options in the city - and we use that surplus to make fitness accessible to those who otherwise couldn't reach it. Free outdoor training in our Cali Yard, free Saturday sessions for teens, free year-long scholarships for the people in Bath who need them most. See everything we give Bath free →
We hold a high bar. We move fast, we take extreme ownership, and we treat comfort as the enemy of growth. CaliUnity isn't for everyone - and that's the point. It's for the people who want to build something bigger than themselves, with a team that really cares about the work and the impact we make.
You're hungry to grow.
You're not here for a job. You're here to become better than you were last year.
You love to learn.
You read, you ask, you try, you fail, you go again. You'd rather be uncomfortable than stuck.
You're passionate about helping people.
Watching someone change their life is the part of the job that doesn't feel like work.
You take ownership.
When something breaks, you don't wait to be asked. You fix it, flag it, or own it.

The best people we've ever hired didn't come through an open role. They came to us with an idea, a skill, or a way they could move the business forward - and we made space for them.
If that sounds like you, we want to hear it. Maybe you've spotted a gap in what we do. Maybe you've got a specific skill we don't have in-house yet. Maybe you've built something elsewhere that you think could work brilliantly here.
How to pitch it
- Tell us what you bring - the skill, the experience, or the idea
- Tell us why CaliUnity specifically, not just any gym
- Tell us how you'd see it working - full-time, part-time, project-based, freelance
- Show, don't just tell - links, examples, anything that proves what you can do
We can't promise we'll have a role for you. But if it's a fit, we'll find a way.
