CaliUnity isn't just a gym. We're a not-for-profit on a mission to make Bath stronger, healthier, and more connected. We're one of the more premium options in the city - and we use that surplus to make fitness accessible to those who otherwise couldn't reach it. Lead high-energy group sessions at Bath's number 1 rated gym. You'll help members hit their goals, build relationships, and bring the energy that makes Cali what it is - all as part of an award-winning team with monthly hangouts, financial wellbeing support, and complimentary membership.
We invest seriously in our coaches. Regular CPD support, team training, and access to Cali Academy - our in-house training facility - means you'll keep levelling up your craft while you're here.
What we're looking for
At least 1 year coaching group classes, seriously passionate about fitness and growth, and living within a 15-minute drive of the gym.
