What to Expect at Your First CaliUnity Session
Walking into a new gym can be nerve-wracking, unsure where to go, what to do or wondering if you’ll feel out of your depth. At CaliUnity, we’ve built our experience to be the exact opposite of that.
Whether you’ve never stepped into a gym before or you’ve been out of a routine for years, here’s exactly what your first session will feel like.
1. You’ll Be Greeted By Name
Before you’ve even stepped onto the floor, you’ll be welcomed. One of our team will meet you at the door, show you around and get you settled. You’re not a barcode or a signup – you're a real human, and we treat you that way.
2. No Guesswork – Just Guidance
You won’t be wandering around wondering what to do. Our expert coaches lead every session from start to finish.
You’ll be shown progressions for each movement so you can train safely and confidently – no matter your current fitness level.
3. You Won’t Be Judged
We’re not about six-packs and selfies. CaliUnity is about real people moving for real reasons. Everyone is focused on their own progress, and our members are known for being the most welcoming bunch in Bath.
4. You'll Train Alongside People Just Like You
Most of our members are busy professionals, parents or people returning to training after a break. You're not stepping into a space full of elite athletes – you're joining a team of supportive people on their own journey.
