Here’s what others are saying about getting stronger at caliunity

WHAT A CALI MEMBERSHIP INVOLVES…

questions you might have

  • CaliUnity is Bath’s home for bodyweight strength, mobility, and sustainable training.
We’re a gym — but not your typical one.

No big egos. No machines. No weights. Just people moving better, getting stronger, and having a laugh doing it. We specialise in calisthenics (bodyweight-based training), helping people of all ages build strength without pain — especially knees, backs, and shoulders.

We’re based on Walcot Street, come say hi!

  • It’s a relaxed 15–20 minute call with one of our friendly team to hear what’s going on with your knees, what you’ve tried before, and what support you might need moving forward.

No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a chat to help you feel clear on what could actually work for you — whether that’s our classes, 1:1 support, or something else entirely.

  • If it sounds like a fit, we’ll invite you for an online membership consultation, so we can create a custom plan for you. There’s no pressure to join — just a chance to experience what we do and see if it’s for you.

From there, we’ll help you build a plan based on your goals, schedule, and any injuries.

  • Most members pay a minimum of £99/month. When you think PT is £70/hour and physio is £70/30mins, it’s a bit of a no brainer, especially when those options didn’t work for our members in the past and.

We’ll walk you through what works best for your goals during the call.
We never pressure anyone to sign up — if it’s not a fit, no worries (we give scholarships, free workshops and have plenty of trials too, so always book a call and coming along)

  • We always assess carefully. If we think your pain needs medical input — surgery, imaging, or deeper diagnostics — we’ll tell you straight up and help you access the right professionalsKnee Pain Guide.

    Your health comes first.

  • Yes! Especially for your first session — we know trying something new can feel a little intimidating. Bring someone along for moral support or just to train with.

  • Most of our knee recovery support happens in-person in Bath — it’s where we do our best work.

    That said, we have:

    • Online mobility workouts

    • Rehab-focused programs in our app

    • Optional virtual check-ins if you're not local

Ask on the call and we’ll see what works best for you.

  • We’re not a medical clinic — but our sports therapist Georgie is fully qualified in sports massage and injury rehab.

She works closely with our coaches and can support you 1:1 if needed. We also refer out when appropriate — especially if your knee pain needs diagnosis or medical treatment.

  • We’re just outside central Bath on Walcot Street, with:

    • Easy access from Lower Bristol Road

    • Showers and changing areas

    • A small, community-driven facility that feels nothing like a commercial gym

  • That’s what most of our members say before joining.

    What makes CaliUnity different is:

    • We blend smart programming with lived experience

    • We actually coach you — not just run a workout

    • You’ll get a tailored plan based on your body and your pain

    • And you’ll join a community that supports you every step

Our members include people who’ve tried physios, injections, rest, and surgery — and still found success with us.

  • Just ask on the call — or drop us a quick message. We’re real humans and genuinely here to help.

  • Of course.

You can DM us on Instagram or email hello@caliunity.com. We’re happy to answer any questions personally.
