  • No. This course is designed to meet you where you’re at. Exercises and progressions will be adapted to your current level.

  • All sessions are recorded and shared privately, so you can catch up if you miss a week.

  • No. Monthly Focus Courses are a paid add-on designed for deeper, more focused progress than regular classes.

    However, CaliUnity members do receive a discount on their program booking.

  • Yes, ideally. Each session builds on the previous one, so consistency is key for best results.

  • Groups are capped at 8 people to ensure individual attention and quality coaching.

  • Yes. Non-members are welcome and have separate pricing. The course does not include general gym access.
