“Am I too old to start?”

Absolutely not! Our members range from people in their twenties right through to those in their sixties and beyond. Calisthenics isn’t about being able to do handstands on day one – it’s about using your own bodyweight to build genuine, practical strength at any age. Progress is measured in how you feel and move, not what you look like.

“Do I have to be fit already?”

No. In fact, most of our members join because they’re not already fit – and don’t feel at home in regular gyms. You don’t need to be able to do a single push-up to get started. “What actually happens in a session?”
