Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all — most of our members started as complete beginners. Every session is coach-led and scaled to you.
How much does it cost?
We'll talk you through the options on your call so we can match you to the right fit — no pressure, no hard sell.
What if I've tried gyms before and hated them?
You're in the right place. Most of our members say the same — and that this is the first gym they've actually enjoyed and stuck with.
What happens after I submit the form?
We read your details and reach out on WhatsApp, then have a quick chat about your goals and options.
What kinds of classes do you offer?
Coach-led strength, calisthenics and conditioning — all programmed around real progress, not just sweating.
What if I'm injured or in pain?
We coach around it. Plenty of members came to us in pain and trained their way back — tell us on your call.
