Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Most people who join us have struggled with consistency, confidence, or knowing what to do. You don't need to get fit first - that's what the coaching is for!
How much does it cost?
That depends on what makes the most sense for you. Membership typically works out at less than the price of your daily coffee - and you get coaching, community, and a team that genuinely cares about your progress thrown in! We'll chat through the options on the consultation, find the best fit, and map out a plan from there.
What if I've tried gyms before and hated them?
That's exactly who this is for. Most of our members felt the same way before they found us. The consultation helps you work out whether this is different - and if it's not, no hard feelings!
What happens on the consultation?
We get clear on your goal, what's been getting in the way, and what kind of support would actually help. Then we map out your next steps. From there, you can decide whether you want to do it on your own or with us.
What if I'm injured or in pain?
Not a problem at all. A lot of our members come to us specifically because they want to train around pain, old injuries, or movement limitations. The consultation is where we get to understand what's going on for you and point you towards the safest, smartest next step.If you decide CaliUnity is the right fit, we always start with an onboarding session. We'll walk through a handful of movements together to see where your body is at, then recommend the sessions that suit you best - so you're never thrown in at the deep end with classes straight away.
What results can I expect - and how quickly?
That depends on your starting point, your goal, and how consistently you follow the plan. What we promise is clarity, structure, and the right support. When people finally have a plan and stick to it, progress becomes much more predictable.
