Here’s what others are saying about getting started at caliunity

your questions, answered

  • CaliUnity is Bath’s home for bodyweight strength, mobility, and sustainable training.
    We’re a gym - but not a traditional one.

Our focus is on helping people move better, build lasting strength, and train in a way that supports long-term health and confidence.

As a non-profit community gym, every membership directly supports our mission - funding free teen classes, school outreach, and building Bath’s first free calisthenics park.

We exist to make fitness accessible, inclusive, and empowering for everyone.

You’ll find us on Walcot Street - we’d love to welcome you in.

  • To get started, just - fill out this short form it only takes a minute.
We’ll ask for your name, contact details, and a few quick questions about your goals so we can understand how best to help you.

From there, one of our coaching team will personally reach out to arrange your Discovery Call.

Your Discovery Call is a relaxed 10-15 minute chat where we’ll talk about what’s been holding you back, what you want to achieve, and whether we’re the right fit for what you’re looking for.

If it feels like a good match, we’ll invite you to an online membership consultation - where we’ll create a tailored plan based on your goals, schedule, and any injuries or limitations.

There’s no pressure to join - just a genuine conversation to help you get clear on what will work best for you.

And if now’s not the right time, that’s fine too. We also offer scholarships, free community workshops, and trial sessions, so there’s always a way to start moving with us.

  • Once you’ve joined, we’ll book you in for an onboarding session - this is where your journey really begins.

You’ll go through some key movements with one of our coaches, meet a few of the team, and set your personal goals. Together, we’ll build a clear roadmap to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

From there, we’ll get you ready for your first coached session, where you’ll join a supportive group and start building momentum from day one.

Every step is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and set up for lasting progress.

  • CaliUnity costs about the same as a coffee a day - but instead of caffeine, it fuels your long-term health.

We’re not a budget gym - we’re a coaching experience built to deliver lasting results. Every session is guided, every member is supported, and every step is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent for life.

You’ll build your own membership - tailored around your goals, preferred level of coaching, and how often you’d like to train.

Memberships start from around £25 per week, which is a fraction of the cost of traditional personal training or physiotherapy - often £70+ per session.

We also offer partner memberships with shared discounts, and the longer you commit, the more you save.

  • Not at all - that’s exactly why we exist.

CaliUnity was built for people who don’t feel at home in traditional gyms. You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or confident to begin - you just need a willingness to start.

Our coaches meet you where you are, guiding you every step of the way so you can move better, build strength, and regain confidence safely - no matter your starting point.

  • We always assess carefully. If we believe your pain or injury requires medical input – such as imaging, surgery, or further diagnostics - we’ll be honest and guide you towards the right professionals for support.

    Your health always comes first.

  • Everyone starts from a different place - but within the first few weeks, most members notice the difference: feeling stronger, more energy, better movement, less pain, and a sense of progress they’ve struggled to find elsewhere.

Our members don’t just transform their bodies - they rebuild consistency, confidence, and community.

Because every membership funds our foundation work - from free teen classes to sessions for parents and over-60s - your progress fuels something bigger than yourself.

  • CaliUnity is for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and be part of something that matters.

It’s for people who’ve fallen out of routine, who want support and accountability, and who care about more than just aesthetics - they want lasting health, mobility, and community.

It’s not for anyone chasing quick fixes or ego-driven training. We believe in sustainable progress, shared strength, and giving back through our community programmes and foundation work.

  • Alongside our coached sessions and memberships, we offer a range of additional services to support your training and recovery, including:

    • Personal Training - tailored 1:1 sessions to fast-track your progress.

    • Sports Massage and Therapy - for recovery, injury prevention, and movement quality.

    • Nutrition Coaching - personalised plans and ongoing support to help you fuel your goals.

    • Supplements and Meal Prep Services - simple, effective options to make healthy eating easier.

Every service is designed to work together - helping you move better, recover faster, and feel stronger in and out of the gym.

  • We’re not a gym - we’re a community built on purpose.

CaliUnity is currently transitioning into a Community Interest Company (CIC) - which means 100% of our profits are reinvested back into Bath through free youth programmes, school support, and movement sessions for vulnerable people

Every session, every membership, every rep you do here helps fund free fitness for someone who needs it most.

We combine world-class coaching with genuine human connection - so you don’t just get stronger; you become part of something that makes a difference.

  • Of course - no problem at all. You can message us directly on WhatsApp or email us at hello@caliunity.com.

We’re always happy to answer questions personally and help you find the right next step.
