Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Most people who join us have struggled with consistency, confidence, or knowing what to do. You don't need to get fit first — that's what the coaching is for.
How much does it cost?
That depends on what makes the most sense for you. We'll talk through the options on the consultation. The first step is making sure there's a fit and a clear plan.
What if I've tried gyms before and hated them?
That's exactly who this is for. Most of our members felt the same way before they found us. The consultation helps you work out whether this is different — and if it's not, no hard feelings.
What happens on the consultation?
We get clear on your goal, what's been getting in the way, and what kind of support would actually help. Then we map out your next steps. From there, you can decide whether you want to do it on your own or with us.
What if I'm injured or in pain?
Not a problem. A lot of our members come to us specifically because they want to train around pain, old injuries, or movement limitations. The consultation helps us understand what's going on and point you towards the safest, smartest next step.
What results can I expect — and how quickly?
That depends on your starting point, your goal, and how consistently you follow the plan. What we promise is clarity, structure, and the right support. When people finally have a proper plan and stick to it, progress becomes much more predictable.
